I am having difficulty setting up my range extender NETGEAR WiFi Mesh Range Extender EX7700. Its not showing up on my Nighthawk app. Can not find it on the network?

I am having difficulty setting up my range extender NETGEAR WiFi Mesh Range Extender EX7700.

A couple things.
1. This is the community support forum. Its not official support. So you don't get immedicate replies. FYI>
2. what router are you connecting the EX7700 to?
3. did you try setting it up using WPS (push button method) or using the installation assistant?
4. What are the led's on the extender showing (color, blinking, solid, etc)
