Netgear XS748T - How to disable port using SNMP

Hi Netgear Experts!

I want to disable/enable switch port using SNMP. I have some questions bellow

1. Is it possible ?

2. If it possible, What is OID I can using to Read/Write value?

3. Is there any other programmatically solution?
