Two different issues:
1) I seemed to have turned off wifi on my router and can't turn it on. I press on the router furthest right buttom but it does not turn on. And on the Advanced settings though it says wifi is off, in the set-up it says that Wireless app is on (for both the 2.4 GHz and the 5 GHz. Maybe the router is too old? But it was working fine. Help!
2) My firmware is not updating. I checked and as of today, the latest firmware is different that what I have (V1.0.11.106_10.2.100). However, the message is that I am on the latest update. Not sure how to update manually after downloading the update.
Any help would be welcome. Thanks!
If you have the C7000 (that you put in your signature) the wifi on/off is the 2nd one from the button. You push and hold it for 2 seconds.
Or do you have a different router?
