Just did a firmware update on router but satellites now showing red light. How do I update the satellite firmware
what actual device do you have? you gave us your ssid name which isn't a model.
If its a mk nighthawk or orbi, hardwire it into the primary router and try to update/sync it.
No luck. Thank you for your support and advice.
When hardwired in, do they show connected through the browser?
If so, they should have an ip address and you can use that address to manually update them.
