Netgear09

I receive emails from a prefered company who offers specials. Netgear prevents me from going into their website from my email to look at the offers. I can get into the website by typing in their URL but I'm not eligable for the offers this way. How do I change it so that Netgear will allow this website from my email?

    Netgear prevents me from going into their website from my email to look at the offers.

    Some sort of error message?

     

    What browser are you using?
