You will need to do your own research here in the community board to review the various opinions on firmware stability.
I would start with the most current, Firmware Version 1.0.11.136, and work from there.
Remember to keep your terminology correct. The router does not "connect to Wi-Fi", the router is the source transmitter of Wi-Fi and various devices connect to the router via Wi-Fi.
If your devices are disconnecting from the Wi-Fi on your router, review the earlier thread messages and disable the "features" on the router that normally hinder connection. These being QOS, traffic meter, auto connect, and auto channel selection.
Radio frequency interference can be the cause of devices disconnecting from Wi-Fi. Various sources of Wi-Fi interference can be neighbors and their Wi-Fi, cordless phones, and microwave ovens.
