Network Status?

  Don't recall seeing this before (The HssStore1 Public network) in between laptop and internet.  Is this the Nighthawk connection or something else?     Thanks

      What firmware is on it? 

      What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

      What speeds do you pay for? 

      What speeds are you getting over: 

      • wired:
      • wireless 2.4gh:
      • wireless 5ghz:

       

      Details are key. Just saying its slow doesn't tell us much.
