I confirm that the latest update broke something in the 5GHz band.
I am using a Chromecast 3 connected via 5Ghz to the R7000 router. On previous versions, the streaming video was ideal. After upgrading to version 1.0.11.134, I can see drops in image quality and waiting for a video stream (every few, several minutes).
After upgrading to the new version, the router was reset to factory settings and the previous parameters were introduced manually.

Yep, confirming that 5GHz is badly broken. I did the following again:
1 - hard reset.
2 - check for firmware update, nothing showed available
3 - sideload new 134 firmware
4 - hard reset
5 - input all settings manually rather than loading a cfg file.
6 - connect wifi devices and try again.
There is no change. 5GHz drops frequently from nearly all devices using 5GHz. 2.4 stays rock solid and fully connected. To those of you who don't believe you're experiencing any issues with 5GHz, are you able to run a packet loss test for a few hours at a time. I use Zoom at work all day and it's unusable on 5GHz. It works on 2.4 as well as wired, but 5GHz experiences unbearable drops sometimes for a few seconds but sometimes for minutes at a time.
I ended up throwing my R7000 away over the weekend.
