Well, so, GUI languages lag behind FW, I will wait.
Another problem, when ARP protection/IP MAC Binding (ADVANCED->Security) turned on, there is no connection, and I cannot log into router, I have to push reset button . This problem keeps existing from 1.0.9.88, and never be solved.
BTW,
bug 1, CPU Load only shows "%".
bug 2, After changing language from up right corner, BASIC page and ADVANCED page show in one page split apart horizontally.

Regarding to Your question about language firmware version:
The last big change in the functionality of the firmware for R7000 router was in version 1.0.9.88. Then next versions fixes security vulnerabilities (I based on change log in version description).
Language firmware is updated automatically from Internet after upgrade router firmware. Based on info in file: https://http.fw.updates1.netgear.com/r7000/ww/fileinfo.txt (this location is inside router firmware).Last version of language firmware is R7000-V1.0.11.120_2.1.38.1
I haven't checked it, but everyone who has firmware version 1.0.9.88 or higher will have V1.0.11.120_2.1.38.1 language firmware version.

What browser are you using?
GUI an FW may not be all updated at the same time. No idea IF or WHEN GUI will be updated. Up to you though to update FW.

Heres mine in MS Edge:

thank you for response
bug1, UI are different🤣
bug2, I tried again, if I set to a specific language, bug2 does not happened. If set to Auto, bug2 happens when log in. If set to a any specific language then change to any another, bug2 happens. It is of no use to reset browser zoom level to 100%.
Picture in English is Firefox, Spanish is Chromium

What's this do in MS Edge?
I see that the CPU and Memory usage is on the advanced tab. I've never seen this on mine.
The GUI version I see reports v1.0.9 the another screen shot reports v1.0.11 on yours, while mine reports v1.0.11 as well.
I did log out while I had Spanish set then logged back in and didn't see this kind of displayed behavior in the UI.
Did you clear out all browser caches before entering the routers web page?
Are you using the routers IP address or the hostname URL address in a web browser?
