New firmware update R6900V2
The firmware updated the password policy. This was not mentioned in the change log. The new policy does not allow my password change due to two repeating special characters out of 14. How do I override the new password policy? And for what it is worth I would not have updated to the new policy had I known this. This should have been mentioned in the change log.

What FW version had been loaded before this update?
Just FYI NG has been rolling out new admin PW requirements across all product lines. Before we could use 8 characters, it's now 10. No repeating characters. I presume this falls under there "Fixes security bugs" entries. Which one it came in on, don't know. I see this for one version of FW:

However, I doubt the new change was in back then.
You can't over ride this.
