    I did a complete factory reset and went through the installation assistant again and this worked

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

It’s an Arris modem and the Model No is - TM1602A

    While the XR router is ON, Power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute then back ON.
