No, cannot log directly into router from any browser on iPhoneSE.
I can log in directly to router on WI-FI from my laptop.

are you using a randomized iP address/mac on the iphone?
Try disabling that
- Now after disabling the private IP feature was able to login to router after reset ing password.
Still cannot use Nighthawk app to log in, even after getting temporary pass word by email.
