Night Hawk Internet Setting Time Restrictions

Seems line going through the process of setting my  

Night Hawk Internet Setting and Time Restrictions according to instructions are not working 

These are instructions followed;

4. Click ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > Wireless Settings > Add a new period
The Turn off wireless signal by schedule screen displays.
5. Under When to turn off wireless signal, select a Start and End.
6. Under Recurrence Pattern, select Daily or Select Days.
7. Click Apply.
The Wireless Settings screen displays.
8. Select Turn off wireless signal by schedule.
9. Click Apply.

The above instructions do not work?
