Night Hawk R7000 cant login to router
I need to download the firmware update for the night hawk R7000 and can't remember my router login password. The Netgear Genie asks for the products serial number and when I add it, the message tells me it is not the right number. I have tried many times and no longer have complimentary support and I would appreciate any help! Thanks
If you have registered your device to my.netgear.com, you can just log-in to that portal and you could double check the Serial Number. If you can't remember your router password or if you can't access the password recovery page, the only way is to reset your router to factory default.
