Night hawk

No lights on .. have had approx 2 yrs .. tried to reboot .. no lights will turn on went to app can’t get out of screen saying unable to reconnect

  • Sounds like no power to the device.  Check your power adapter and AC cords.

     

    What is the model number of your Night Hawk?

     

    Have you tried the reset button with the power cord connected?

    1. what router do you have? 

    2. most routers have an on/off button. Did it get hit? 

    3. did you check the power supply? I've seen them swapped with different devices and not have enough power to boot. Have you checked this?
