So I tried to do the flash thing or whatever except my $2,000 computer doesn’t have an ethernet port. So I had to dig up my old one. I wasn’t able to get the stuff to work. So I called Netgear and conveniently my three month customer service phone warranty Expired a month ago. That’s right I only had this product for four months and as soon as I updated it to their new firmware it stopped working. So I have decided instead of paying money to talk to someone about why their product stopped working I’m just going to stop using their products. I threw my AC 2400 night Hawk piece of shīt in the trash and bought a TP Link. Thanks for the help

Tp-link is a pretty solid company. but if your power fails during a firmware update, it'll have the same issues the netgear does.
The routers do have a 12 month warranty if the hardware fails. You can try contacting them again. They'll usually refund the support fee if they can't get it working. If they can get it working, then it wasn't a hardware failure.
Or try selling it as a bricked router to recoup some of your $. or offer it on some of the 3rd party firmware sites. Some use them for test routers to see if they can fix them/port 3rd party firmware to them.
