Nighthawk 2600

Me and my wife purchased a nighthawk 2600 from walmart and got it setup at home without any issues. During the process of getting it setup using the mobile app my wife wanted to have access to all the features too but was unable to get signed in at all when it asked for the admin username and password. I gave her the information i used to sign in but it wouldnt work. This has caused her some frustration as she likes to have some part in control over these things. If anyone has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
