Nighthawk 6900 Internet light not on

Sorry! Modem with Cox. I’ve had it for a little over a year now. It was working well before and the firmware is at V1.0.2.8_10.0.38. I e tried rebooting both modem 1st waited around 10mins then turned on the Router. Recycling it I guess that was what it was called. Changing Ethernet cord. But all these to no avail.
