Nighthawk 7200 bricked when loading new firmware
When I attempted to load new firmware on my router from my app, the router bricked. I attempted to load it via TFTP2, but am not able to get the FW to load. The password seems to be correct (I don't get the incorrect password error). Server was set to 192.168.0.1. The error I get indicates it might be an incorrect ip address, but I tried several to no avail.

You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through using a tftp client. Use the built in one for windows 10 though. the video is more of an example of how its done.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
