First you will have to say a bit more than "it doesn't work".
What do the LEDs on the front of the C7800 look like?

Initial indications for your router are not good. What happened when you lost internet? A storm, power outage, some other event?
What is the brand name and model number of the modem that is connected upstream of your router? You may have to look on a label.
- I have a nighthawk 7800. That has the router and modem in one unit. The only light on is the power light. All the other lights are blank.

What happened when you lost internet? A storm, power outage, some other event?
- Nothing that I know of . it just quit working, but there could be an issue at the feed from the Powell into the house... Charter is sending somebody out Wednesday to check to make sure I’m getting a signal into the house.
