What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What security wifi configuration do you have set on the R7000 web page?
WPA2 and AES should be used.
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch.
Press the reset button for 10 seconds then release. Walk thru the setup wizard with a wire connected PC and web browser.
