What router do you own? ac1750 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number.

Maybe, maybe not. A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
I setup the router as a bridge ....
Sadly, "bridge" means different things depending on the context. Are you trying to set up the router to work as a wifi repeater that gets wifi from a router and passes it on to other things?

Yes, I realize now that bridge and repeater are not the same! Yes, I want to run this router R6900p as a bridge and it does not allow me to. I tried to flash it with its first firmware and it still does not show me the option. I tried to flash it with the R7000 and it cannot be flashed.
Do you know of a custom firmware that can be run on this router? Thanks!
