Thanks I have it all set up now, returning their Sagemcom Router/Modem. Everything seems to be working fine even the cable internet, well except on the main TV near the router/modem. Their box had a HDMI out and that is how I got cable on that TV. I see the Nighthawk has a USB port on the back would a USB to HDMI adaptor work to send cable signal to TV the Nighthawk is sending signal to all of their remote boxes.
Thanks for your help

I am totally confused if this is a cable modem/router why is there no output ports? How do you wire it to a TV?

Ethernet? But it's still not a cable-TV set-top box.
