Model: C7000v2.
Two of the ports, into which the ethernet cables are connected, are flashing orange. They are connected to an ADT Security System control panel and a Philips Hue control panel. They do not provide network connectivity to these devices. They worked just fine when we had the Orbi connected.
Ethernet cables are not damaged in any way, shape or form. They worked just fine prior to removal of the Orbi.
Different ports - moved the cables between ports. Any port the cables plug into flash orange.
Tried troubleshooting with the Test the LAN Path to Your Modem Router details in the manual. Works fine.
Did a factory reset right after removing the Orbi. Have not tried it again since then, but it didn't fix it then.
Thanks.

"the ports" "are flashing orange"? Are there LEDs embedded in the
Ethernet connectors on this modem+router. How many? Which color(s)?
(I don't have an example, and I don't see them mentioned in the User
Manual.) "flashing", if it follows a cable, typically indicates
activity, not a problem.

See "not a useful problem description [...]", above.
What happens if you connect two of those LAN ports together using one
of your must-be-good Ethernet cables? Generally, "orange" (what Netgear
calls "amber") could just mean a 10/100MHz link, rather than 1000MHz.
This is not a defect, if the connected device does not have a gigabit/s
interface. An (unspecified) "ADT Security System control panel and a
Philips Hue control panel" sound to me like slow (sub-gigabit/s)
devices, for which an amber LED might be normal.
Do those devices appear in an Attached Devices report on the C7000v2
management web site?
What, exactly, was your "our Orbi"? Did it use the same IP address
range (subnet) as the C7000v2? Have you tried resetting and
reconfiguring the uncooperative devices?
