Have you tried going just 1 newer version of firmware versus the one you're on?
Try the 1.3.2.124
First went to
NETGEAR Download Center
and did not see the firmware version 1.3.2.124.

Thing is I bought this unit/device with Firmware Version V1.3.1.64_10.1.36 as of 12 March 2021 on it.
Why did Netgear not update it to version 1.3.2.124 when I turned it on?
Maybe because of COVID &/or no workers. Oh well.
