Nighthawk ex7000 firmware fails to download

When I click download firmware update there is amessage on the screen that says downloading language table this will only take a minute. But it never works. it just gets stuck in an infinite loop. I check back every few months thinking it is something wrong with the netgear website and that maybe they fixed it but nope.
