Nighthawk internet but no wifi

Bought my nighthawk about a week ago. Was working good. Then the other night wifi stopped working. Netgear tech couldn't figure out the problem. Any ideas what the issue could be?

    It would be really really helpful to know what model number device you are asking about.  Look on the label plate and provide the model number.

     

    What do the LED indicators on the front of the device show?  Usually there is one for Wi-Fi and maybe the frequency band.

     

    Often times on the front there is a manual Wi-Fi on/off switch that inadvertently gets turned off.

      Kitsap is correct. Details are key. Tough to help without knowing whats all going on and what your device is. 

      Also, if its only a week old and support can't figure out the issue (if you actually called support) usually they issue an RMA. What was their ultimate conclusion if they couldn't figure out the issue?
