Nighthawk mesh Wi-Fi 6

I have set up my router system with no problems and I am getting Internet. The internet speed will not register on my app. How can I fix this so I can test my speed? I have updated the app also already.

    Your not the first to report the speedtest in the app not working. 

    When it does work, its not trustworthy on speeds. 

    so I usually don't recommend using. I recommend using the speedtest website or app on one of your devices. 

    And to test with a hardwired devices since that'll test your fastest speeds.

    What model MESH system do you have?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
