Nighthawk model r6400 does not show all WiFi networks

I installed a new router in my home. Netgear r6400. Beside the fact that it was a nightmare to install it.
After i finally managed to connect the aop to my router. The app occasionally does not show all the devices that are connected to the networks. Sometimes it does not show the 2.4ghz network and sometimes it does not show the 5ghz network. Only after a reset of the router, the networks shows up again, for a few minutes or hours, and when i refresh the page of the devices again, one network again, disappear and i have to do reset to the router again.
What is the solution to this problem?
