Nighthawk R6400v2 daily says the password doesn’t work. Kicks everyone off
Using an Arris SB8200 modem, spectrum 200x10 internet. Firmware v1.0.4.102 on router. Once a day I try to search something on my phone and it’ll just keep spinning saying I have no internet access....

Try this.
reinstall the firmware have a hardwired version, then factory reset and do a clean install (not from backup)
Reason why is if something is corrupt in the firmware a firmware reinstall will overwrite it. Doing a factory reset and clean install will ensure its not a setting causing the issue.
