Nighthawk R6400v2 Keeps restarting

My Nighthawk R6400v2 router keeps restarting.  I tried to call and see about a hardware replacement since it is still in warranty but they said it isn't a hardware issue.  I have already powercycled, replaced the Ethernet Cable, and Updated the router.  the time between the unpromted resets is getting shorter and shorter quickly over the last 24 hours.  I used the search but the other case i found had not be resolved even after a full reset.

I've got firmware version: v1.0.4.106_10.0.80
