Nighthawk r6700 has began resetting to defaults at least once per week

Question

FW version&nbsp;V1.0.2.16_10.0.57. My modem has begun resetting to defaults once per week.&nbsp; It is on a UPS and the power is stable.&nbsp; I wonder if I should go back to a older FW release?&nbsp; I am out of warrenty and do not know how to talk to any Netgear human beings.&nbsp; Amy help appreciated.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hello,Thank you. I did do a few manual resets, however I have not tried reinstalling the current release of software.&nbsp; Thank you, I will try this.

Prior to downgrading, I'd reinstall the firmware to it, then do a factory reset and reinstall.&nbsp;if that doesn't help, then I'd try the factory reset.&nbsp;
