After losing power, my router never reconnect – any suggestions as to updating settings or issues?

"Blinking" LEDs are usually a sign that there is traffic on that bit of the router. The manual explains that.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

How did you check?
Sadly "no updates available" is not a reliable or helpful indicator when troubleshooting. It depends on how you check the firmware version. The app is not good for that.
People turn up here all the time mistakenly making the "latest firmware" claim.
The on-board check for new firmware is unreliable. It can miss updates, especially when you are a long way behind the latest. It can also be a while before updates hit the automated update servers.
Look at the Router Information page in the screenshot you provided.
