You have the r6700 in access point modem?
What speeds do you get hardwired into it?

Yes the r6700 is in access point mode and when hardwired into it I get the full 700-900 up and down speeds to be expected. Te problm only sems to be with the wifi.

Try factory resetting the R6700.
during the reinstall, set it up in router mode. But go into the ATT device and put the netgears IP address into its DMZ.

Factory reset and set up the router in normal router mode. Added the ip to the at&t's DMZ no chnage. Since I recently switched to at&t I still have my mediacom fiber (1000down-50up) but wifi speeds were still the same using a netgear cm1000 modem. eithernet conection remains fine for both netorks. And yes the router was haveing the wifi problem before I switch to at&t.

Hi JoeShmoe3453, we'd like to know the following:
What's the firmware version of the R6700v3?
Have you tried changing the WiFi channels for both bands?
Does the issue persist on all your WiFi devices?
Have you tried relocating the R6700v3?
