Those are connection rates between the router and a device. Actual bandwidth speeds differ from connection rates.
Basied on router design and connected device design, most you'll ever see is around 300- maybe 500Mpbs on 5Ghz AC. You should seen near 900Mbps on ethernet.
If you want to see near that on wifi you'll need a different router.
Also most wifi devices are 2x2 MIMO so this also limits speeds as well. 4x4 MIMO would see near 1Gb or over. WIth newer generation routers.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
