Nighthawk R7000 AC1900

I installed a new Nighthawk router and one of my iPhones does not show up in attached devices. Tried everything I know of and cannot get it to appear in attached devices. Anyone else have this problem?

    is it connected and working?

    what firmware is on the router? 

    I know theres been some issues with devices not displaying on the attached devices list so just checking if its working

    Nighthawk app? Which one? Android? iOS?

     

    What about the browser graphical user interface.
