Nighthawk R7000 and Readyshare USB printer problem
My HP9800 printer worked fine for the first months on the Nighthawk AC1900 via the USB port. Then it started to give me headacke... First it would (somtimes) only print the last page of a printjob. A...

In my case, resetting the r7000 fixed the bojour print problem. I'm able to print again from mac, windows, other unix systems. even while re-configuration by hand did take some time as I don't tried to safe the config prior to reseting and restoring the settings with the backuped settings file (i guessed that this will not work).

I suspect that the problem(s) came after updating the Nighthawk R7000 router, so maybe Netgear would be so kind to try to fix this bug.
I say this because the setup with the printer attatch via the routers USB port worked fine for several months before not being able to wakeup or reattatch to the printer automaticly whenever i send a printjob to the printer

Hi All,
If you have not tried to reset the router to factory default after the update, please try it and manually reconfigure.

Did not try the factory reset, setting it up again will take some time, maybe i will one day but i daut it´ll fix the problem.
I did though find out that:
If i "EXIT" the USB Control Center correctly by choosing "System" and then "Exit" end then restart the USB Control Center again before i want to print somthing, then the printer is found and i can connect to the printer again.
At least it´s quicker than deleting and reinstalling the printer itself. But i dident have to do this in the first months when i started to use this setup. Somehow the USB Control Center automaticly scaned the network for USB printers attatch to the router and automaticly connected to it when ever i needed it. So something has changed.
Don´t know if i would call this a solution, but it´a way for me to work around the problem until a more sustainable solution is implemented in either the router or USB Control Center.

BTW, it seems that for some printjobs, maybe limited to printing pdf´s, only the last page in the printjob gets printed. And it´s rather timeconsuming to print one page at a time....
Been thinking that maybe i should buy a printserver or a network printer, dosen´t looks like the USB setup via the R7000 will work in a satisfactory manner, unless Netgear finds out what coursing theese problems
