Nighthawk R7000 Boot Loop

This morning, I woke up to my router not working and doing a boot loop. I was thinking it could be a bad power supply or corrupt firmware. I was trying to flash the firmware with the latest, but I am having issues with the unit not being able to stay connected. When I try to ping the device, I sometimes get "Request timed out," but mostly "Destination host unreachable." I have set my static ip to 192.168.1.10 and have a direct ethernet connection on port 1 to my Windows machine. Looking for a solution, I found a YouTube video showing my exact issue and decided to post here for help as I was not able to find anything that worked. I also tried reseting it but with no luck. I think it may be bricked but wanted to try to get it to work. I have not yet tried a different psu. Any help would be appreciated.

    You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.

    just make sure you enable tftp

      Sorry for the very, very late response. I have tried using tftp and nmrflash but both timed out when trying to flash. The ethernet ports do not stay active long and the leds leave no indication of it being able to be flashed to. I did a lot of research and found articles from ddwrt that I have tried as well as multiple netgear posts. I have tried using the 30/30/30 recovery modes but it does not seem do anything. After trying this, I thought that is was a gonner but my friend insisted that it was not completely bricked. I have purshased a ttl cable and have tried using PuTTY to access it but I am unable to stop and get CFE>. When booting, it seems to stop at "Decompressing...done". The console output is pasted below. If you have any suggestions for things to try it would be appreciated.
