If you are looking for help, you don't say, then see the previous conversation. Start with the "control panel" on the Samsung.

I actually do need help, the R7000 will not allow my new Samsung TV to connect to the internet yet every other device within my network does. The TV is connecting to the router successfully and i can see it either via LAN or Wifi from the router in the connected devices. I reconnected my old router (billion brand) and the TV connected to the internet fine. I had my IT network guru look through the router settings and i have no additional security or setting blocking that IP address or specific sites. The firmware is up to date with latest. I assume Netgear need to check the compatability with Samsung......

This, along with your other observation, is a strong pointer to the TV as the source of the problem.
The router is not going to discriminate against one device and block it while letting all the others through.
That's why this bit doesn't get you far:

As before, start with the TV's setup process. If it fails, tell people what you did and happens. Sadly, saying "it does not work" provides no diagnostic clues.

When your TV is connected to the internet via our old router, did you check to see if there are updates available for the TV firmware/operating system?
I have a four year old LG and there were updates available every three or four months in the first couple of years.

When connected via hotspot to my phone (4G) or my old router i can use the TV normally and can access all internet content and download apps, etc. I checked the TV for any upgrades to the version and this is current and no upgrade available. When connected via my Netgear R7000 it successfully connects to the router but the TV says there is no internet connection and to contact my isp to troubleshoot the internet service. I have up to 25 devices connected in the network, some wired and some wireless, all have internet theough the R7000.

As before I reset the TV a multiple of times and it errors (says the server is down - try again later) when trying to confirm the terms and conditions as this requires an internet connection. This does not occur if connected via my old router. There is no diagnostic to run or technical message explaining the issue. I have spoken to the Techs at Samsung and there is no specific error message to investigate. Since they can prove it works with 2 other internet sources they don't believe there is an issue with the TV. Since both router and TV are up to date i am unsure why there could be an incompatability. I am able to see the TV from the list of attached devices so i know the cabling or the wifi connection options are working. It has to be an issue with my Netgear router, my IT tech has reluctantly suggested a full reset of the router back to factory and reload all the devices or buy a new one!
