For me it was that I had inactivated 2.4MHz. So my router only send WiFi at the 5GHz net.
When I activated 2.4GHz, my WiFi-net appeard at my Samsung TV.

A lot of older wifi stuff can't handle 5 GHz. Maybe many modern TVs still rely on 2.4 GHz, which is fast enough for most streaming services.
In my case, I gave up on wifi because it is fiddly to set up and more likely than a wired connection to fall over. Instead I went for Powerline Ethernet.

I have the same issue with Samsung products not working properly with Nighthawk. My wife's phone (s10) connects to wifi after router restart and then loses the internet connection while still connected to wifi, the same with other samsung phone model. Just 2 days ago we got new Samsung TV and ... the same - it hardly connects and when it's done it lasts for couple of hours and then loses internet connection. From router's perspective the connectivity is just fine. Sasmsung helpdesk claims that if the device connects to other networks without issues then this points to router conf. or ISP.
Dozens of other devices works in my network without any issues so this must be something between Netgear and Samsung and if I weigh cost of phones+TV against router the choice is quite simple - change the router even though both heldesks ignores customers evenly.

Would be helpful to know what FW version you have loaded on the router.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What distance the TV is from the router.
What channels the router is using for both radios.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Is WMM enabled on the router.
Does the TV have a ethernet port?
Have you updated the TVs FW as well?
Is the TV supporting of 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz?
