Nighthawk R7000 slow download speeds

I'm getting slow speed through a wired connection. It's slow on a Xbox one. As well as a lap top. I've tried different cables as well. Wi-Fi is pretty fast. Tried resetting the router butg nothing see...

Looks like disabling QOS worked. Don't understand that a feature that's supposed to help does the complete opposite. Thanks for the help.

  To help - not so, it depends on what speed do you have from you ISP. If this speed is 100 Mbit or more QoS will not improve you speed.

    I get 60mb down and 4or 5 up.Either way it corrected the problem. Thanks again nether community.
