NightHawk R7000 wireless connection issues

Hi,

 

I have had a NightHawk router running in my house for at least 4 months. Yesterday it randomly stopped working. We can no longer connect wirelessly to the router.

The front panel shows the power and internet coming in working or showing the lights on. The 2.4 & the 5 GHz lights are not on.

 

The only thing I've tried is to disconnect & then reconnect...this did not solve the issue.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Try pushing the physical Wi-Fi button for a couple of seconds.  This will toggle the radios on/off.

    Looks like you'll need to do a factory reset.  If that doesn't work, something might be fried inside the router.
