What happens if you disable the 2.4Ghz radio on the router leaving the 5Ghz radio ON?
It's up to devices to pick and choose which frequency they connect too...

Thanks for the response. I’m hesitant to try that right now, mainly because I have a Harmony Hub that was a bear to reactivate when I switched the network over to Smart Connect.It is definitely a good idea, though, and I will try it at some point.
