I am using SimpliSafe App on my smart phone Samsung S20 Android to install the camera in the Nighthawk Router
Firmware Version V1.0.11.100_10.2.100, Here is an update but the Router says there is none
Spectrum 257 mbs down into an ARRIS modem I supplied.

What arris modem is it?
You're not on the latest firmware. You can manually update. The latest (now) is 1.0.11.136.

I downloaded the 136 i thought yesterdat and after I installed it found out it was 120.
I will try again.

I have version 136 installed,
Still do not have the ability to delete a device where I can start over again.

A wifi app? Browser graphical user interface (GUI)? Desktop genie?
Administration > Attached devices?
Security > Access Control? This has several layers
For the third time of asking, what modem/gateway do you have in front of your router. Not just the make – most brands have dozens of options – the model number.
Are you certain that this is related to the problem with the SimpliSafe camera?
