Nighthawk R7000P 5G issue on Firmware Version V1.3.1.64_10.1.36

I too have the 5G drops on my brand new Nighthawk, and it's on the latest version according to the GUI. I've heard of people manually putting on an older version but the posts were months ago. Can ...

Will do. So factory reset first, and if that doesn't work, install the old firmware on top of the ne wone, then factory reset again. Correct?
