Firmware says it is up to date and lists v1.3.2.134_10.1.66
oddly, I have tried to to the factory reset a few times by depressing the button, holding for 15 seconds and the LED lights patterns don't change and the settings are not returned to defaults.

you can reset through the browser. login and go to advanced--->administration---->backup settings---->erase

Thanks for the link to reset the router to factory defaults. I went through the process and the result is pretty much the same. I have some devices (iphone, ipad) that are connecting fine with wireless. I have a desktop that will connect with an ethernet from the router to the desktop, but the wireless won't connect. Also have separate laptop that was getting wireless before the reset but is not now.
