Nighthawk r7350 Timing Out Alexa from Yamaha Soundbar

It is a Spectrum DOCSIS modem, and yes to the 2.4. The soundbar will only operate on 2.4.

What spectrum modem is it? 

Did you manage to get it setup but its timing out while using it? 
Or timing out during setup?

Is ipv6 enabled?

    The only information is Spectrum ES2251 DOCSIS 3.1. This is the same modem that was at a secondary location when I tried the sound bar and Alexa worked. The only difference was the router, which is why I think the Router is timing out the request somehow.

    The soundbar connects to the WiFI, just will time out when trying to login to Alexa.

    I will need to check on IPV6 when I get home. What menu of the router is that under?
