Nighthawk R7450

Router will not recognize Ethernet ports. I would like to use wired connections for a couple of devices but the router will only allow wireless ?

    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. Swap out LAN cables between devices. 

     

    Be sure to power cycle the router OFF for 1 minute then back on. 

     

    Try a factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser.

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
