I delayed installation of firmware update 1.0.4.76 until yesterday. have since downloaded the firmware update, however when I try to instal it Netgear Genie will not allow me access to the settings. ...
Use a computer and a web browser direct connected to the router via an ethernet cable. Best success no wi-fi no apps. Do a firmware default reset after the update is complete.
