Nighthawk R8000 not seeing USB drive
I have had this R8000 X6S AC4000 router for a few months and just bought a new Seagate backup plus portable HDD 4TB, model STHP4000400. I can plug it into either the 3.0 or 2.0 ports. The HDD indicat...

for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for "Share a USB

yeah... I knew I was overlooking something very simple. The drive comes formatted as exFat... reformatted it to NTFS, works like a charm.
